Syreeta Goodwin is an accounting and finance executive with more than fifteen years of experience strengthening financial operations, governance, and reporting discipline for organizations ranging from emerging businesses to global enterprises. She holds a Master of Accounting & Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and has built her career applying GAAP, IRS regulations, and financial governance standards to complex accounting environments. Her professional experience includes senior leadership roles supporting acquisitions, global entity stand-ups, and operational restructuring initiatives, where she has implemented internal controls, stabilized financial reporting, and strengthened procure-to-pay operations across multi-entity organizations with revenues ranging from early-stage million-dollar businesses to global enterprises generating more than $800 million annually.
Her work has produced measurable results, including recovering constrained cash through financial process remediation, restoring payment integrity during enterprise ERP transitions, and establishing disciplined accounting frameworks that improved financial transparency and executive decision-making. Syreeta also served as an Internal Revenue Agent with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she conducted technical examinations of employer benefit plans and advised organizations on regulatory compliance and corrective actions.
